David Court

David Court is an experienced sports professional with a strong background in cricket and football. Currently serving as the Player Identification and Talent Pathway Lead (Men's) at the England & Wales Cricket Board since March 2020, David previously held various roles at the Football Association from November 2016 to March 2020, including Performance Education Lead and Talent ID & Development Education Lead. David's earlier positions include Performance Manager at the ECB and Surrey County Cricket Club, where responsibilities encompassed coaching and performance analysis. Additionally, David has served as a Community Cricket Coach for Devon County Council, focusing on youth development and physical education. David holds a BSc in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Exeter, an MSc in Sports Coaching from the University of Worcester, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personal and Professional Development from the University of Gloucestershire.
