Emily Liles

Emily Liles is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in sports media. Currently serving as Communications Manager at the England & Wales Cricket Board since May 2023, Emily has previously held similar roles at the Rugby Football Union and The Football Association. Emily's career began at Aston Villa Football Club as a Club Journalist, and includes roles as Media Officer at Everton Ladies Football Club and Freelance Assistant Producer at Input Media. Early experiences include reporting and news reading for local radio stations, as well as media assistant positions at Accrington Stanley Football Club and Macclesfield Town Football Club. Emily holds an MA by Research in History from Liverpool Hope University and a BA (Hons) in Sports Journalism from the University of Staffordshire.
