Greg Baker PCC serves as the Performance Director for Boccia UK since July 2022, overseeing the Boccia World Class Programme and leading initiatives to achieve medal success at international competitions. Concurrently, Greg is a Talent and Performance Committee Member for Table Tennis England, focusing on strategic recommendations and monitoring KPIs for talent pathways. Additional roles include mentoring for the England & Wales Cricket Board and the Premier League, as well as executive coaching at Manchester Metropolitan University and Barefoot Coaching Ltd. Greg’s previous experience includes leadership positions in British Para Table Tennis, where responsibilities encompassed managing performance coaching programmes across multiple Paralympic cycles, and co-founding the UK Performance Coaches' Association, aimed at enhancing the recognition and welfare of performance coaches in the UK. Educational qualifications encompass a Bachelor's degree in Coaching and Sport Development and various postgraduate credentials in coaching and business.
