Hannah Bruce (Née Murphy)

Hannah Bruce (Née Murphy) has a range of work experience in various organizations. Hannah currently holds the position of Non Executive Director at the Rugby Players Association since 2022. Previously, they worked at the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) where they served as Head of Public Policy and later as Public Affairs Manager from 2014 to 2016. Hannah was also a Board Trustee at the National Axial Spondyloarthritis Society since 2021 and a Board Member at Sport Wales starting from 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Policy Advisor at the Cabinet Office in 2014. Hannah's earlier experiences include serving as a Senior Advisor to Andrew RT Davies AM at the National Assembly for Wales / Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru from 2010 to 2014, and as an Executive Officer at the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills in 2010 as well as Jobcentre Plus from 2009 to 2010.

Hannah Bruce (Née Murphy) started their education at Croesyceiliog School, where they studied from 1995 to 2005. After completing their secondary education, they attended Durham University from 2004 to 2008. There, they earned a First Class Honours degree in Politics (European Studies) while also studying French. In 2006 and 2007, they attended Sciences Po Aix and Aix-Marseille University, respectively, where they obtained Certificat d'Etudes Politiques with a Grade: Mention Bien. Finally, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Distinction MA in European Studies at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd.
