Kate Hailstone

Kate Hailstone is a seasoned professional in sports administration and finance, boasting over 10 years of experience. Currently serving as the Management Accountant - Events and Project Accountant at the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) since August 2019, Kate also holds a position as a Board Member for the British Association for Sustainable Sport (BASIS) since October 2020. Prior to these roles, Kate worked as an Acting Project Accountant for the England and Wales Cricket Trust from July 2018 to August 2019 and accumulated extensive experience at ECB in various financial roles from March 2010 to July 2018, including Finance Coordinator and Finance Administrator. Earlier in the career, Kate served as Membership Officer for the ECB Coaches Association and as Chief Cashier at HSBC. Educationally, Kate achieved ACCA qualifications from 2017 to 2020, completed a Master of Arts at The University of Manchester from 2005 to 2006, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Medieval and Early Modern History from Bangor University, obtained from 2001 to 2004.
