Lee Conroy

Lee Conroy is an accomplished director and consultant with extensive experience in talent identification, development, and coaching within the sports and technology sectors. Currently serving as Director at Improved Performance Ltd and Scouting Research Project Lead for the England & Wales Cricket Board since 2015, Lee has a strong focus on nurturing young talent in cricket, particularly through the England u19s program.
