Nimesh Kataria

Nimesh Kataria currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) since April 2024. Prior to this, Nimesh held the position of Group VP, Finance at Warner Bros. Discovery from July 2022 to March 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing a diverse portfolio of sports properties and contributing significantly to the BT Sport joint venture negotiations. Nimesh's extensive experience at Discovery Inc. spanned over a decade, where roles included Group VP Finance and UK Finance Director, managing substantial P&L responsibilities and leading financial strategy across international teams. Early career endeavors featured a consultant role at EY, coupled with a placement in Fraud Investigation & Disputes Services. Nimesh holds a Bachelor of Science in Business & Management from Aston University and is a member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
