Robert Murphy

Robert Murphy is a Skills, Labour Market and Workforce Planning Specialist at Energy & Utility Skills since May 2004, where responsibilities include producing skill and labour market intelligence for the UK's energy and utilities sector. Additionally, since January 2024, Robert serves as an Umpire Tutor for the England & Wales Cricket Board, delivering cricket umpire training courses in the Worcestershire area. Previous experience includes roles as Research Manager at the Black Country Learning & Skills Council from April 2001 to April 2004, and Research and Evaluation Manager at Walsall Training & Enterprise Council from April 1990 to April 2001. Robert holds a degree from The Open University and is a Certified Member of The Market Research Society since 2004.
