Shivani Uberoi

Shivani Uberoi is the Founder of The Wallflower Academy. Shivani is currently the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Lead at England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB). Shivani is also a Speaker at MicDrop. Previously, Shivani held various roles at Sky from Senior Finance Manager to Head of Women in Leadership and Head of Strategy. Shivani also worked as a Finance Business Partner at Tesco PLC and as an Audit Executive at PwC. Shivani holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and is a member of ICAEW with a degree in ACA.
