Tom Flowers

Tom Flowers is an experienced cricket coach and managing director with a strong background in mentoring and developing cricket talent across the UK. Currently serving as an ECB Approved Coach Mentor since September 2022, Tom has also held the position of Managing Director at TFCC Coaching Group LLP since January 2019, overseeing multiple sports-related companies aimed at supporting cricket coaches. Additionally, Tom manages Bespoke Cricket Ltd and Rutland Cricket Centre, alongside Tom Flowers Cricket Coaching, which has been active since June 2015, providing high-quality cricket coaching in the East Midlands. Previous experience includes working as an ECB Disability Coach and serving as the Head of Cricket and Teacher of Geography at Sherborne School. Tom holds a Geography degree from Loughborough University.
