GB Head Of Elite Talent Development at England and Great Britain Hockey

Heather Williams has a diverse work experience spanning various high-profile organizations. Heather served as the Non Executive Director for the England Handball Association and the GB Head of Elite Talent Development for England and Great Britain Hockey. Additionally, they were the Director of Perfect Condition Ltd. Heather also held roles at the English Institute of Sport, where they served as the Interim Head of Performance Support Short Track Speed Skating. In British Canoeing, they were the Performance Manager for Canoe Sprint and also served as the Talent Pathway Manager. Heather's impressive career includes positions at the British Triathlon Federation, where they worked as the Performance Director and the Performance Programme Manager. Heather also had a role as the East & East Midlands Development Officer. Prior to these roles, Heather had various positions in IT and Finance at RSA.

Heather Williams completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with Statistics from the University of Nottingham in the years 1987 to 1990. Later, from 2015 to 2019, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Open University. Additionally, in August 2018, Heather obtained a certification in Sports Governance from ICSA: The Governance Institute.
