Colin Jones

Colin Jones is an experienced safeguarding professional with a career spanning from July 1994 to the present, encompassing various roles in residential care and senior management, particularly focusing on safeguarding in sport. Currently serving as the Safeguarding Review Panel Chair and Anti Discrimination Judicial Panel Member at The Football Association since February 2018, Colin also holds positions as a Panel Member at Sport Resolutions UK and a National Safeguarding Panel Member for England Korfball. Previous roles include serving as Safeguarding Lead for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games and a Safeguarding Consultant for unboxed2022. Colin began their career as a Manager at McDonald's before pursuing higher education at The University of Manchester.
