Vicky Lowe is an accomplished leader in sport and social development, currently serving as the Board Chair for England Lacrosse and Chair of the Board of Trustees for The Change Foundation UK. With a distinguished career, Vicky has held the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer for World Netball and Global Director of Development at Laureus, where Vicky also served as Head of Development. Vicky's leadership experience includes being the Executive Director of the Commonwealth Sport Foundation, overseeing operations during the Birmingham Commonwealth Games 2022. Previous roles include Assistant Vice President at Barclays, where Vicky managed the global CSR program, along with positions at The Willow Foundation, Saracens RFC, and Planet Sport. Vicky holds a Master’s degree in Sports Management from London Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from De Montfort University.

England Lacrosse is the National Governing Body for Lacrosse in England. The main goal of England Lacrosse is to make lacrosse a major team sport in England within the next ten years. We represent a company that makes the most of dedicated professionals and volunteers to develop lacrosse and increase participation across England. With the option to get involved at school, club and university level, lacrosse is fastest growing sport on two feet. Currently holding the European Champions title, Team England's Men and Women continue to succeed on the elite stage. With impressive Junior programmes for both Boys aged 11-17 and Girls aged 13-19 (Regional & National Academies), we hope to make the dream of reaching the world top 3 a reality. England Lacrosse have an excellent track record for arranging successful world class events such as the Women's Lacrosse World Cup 2017 which saw 40 international teams embark upon Surrey for a fantastic tournament.
