Mike Hammer

Mike began his legacy at England Logistics in early 2022. Prior to joining England Logistics, Mike spent 22 years with Les Olson company in various positions, including 13 years as the company's controller and time on the board of directors. A certified public accountant since 2016, Mike has spent his entire career building expertise in financial management, business leadership, and corporate strategy.

From the balance sheet to his kiddos, Mike’s love of the little things is displayed in all he undertakes. After quickly finding a comfortable place in a people-first culture, Mike’s decades in finance immediately took shape in innovative leadership, with an investment in his peers being his most prized asset in a robust portfolio.
