Imogen Greatbatch

Imogen Greatbatch is currently serving as the Interim Deputy Director of Development (People) and Head of Volunteering at England Netball since August 2019, where leadership includes overseeing the Activation of the EN People Plan to enhance participation growth and engagement. Prior to this role, Imogen held various positions at The University of Manchester from 2008 to 2019, including Head of Volunteering and Performance Sport and Business Development Manager, focusing on developing performance sport initiatives, evidence-based data insights, and marketing strategies to boost student engagement in physical activities. Imogen's early career included a position as Netball Development Officer at England Netball (2006-2008), contributing to county leagues and pathways for coaching and officiating. Imogen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport, Coaching and Exercise Science from MMU Crewe and Alsager (2002-2005) and attended Marlborough College from 1996 to 2001.
