J. Les White

J. Les White currently serves as Vice President of Insurtech and Tech Partnerships at Engle Martin, focusing on innovative solutions within the insurance sector through strategic partnerships and internal innovation. At Cor Partners, White leads the Consulting team as Vice President of Operations and Innovation. Previously, White held significant roles at Synergy Adjusting, LLC, including Vice President of Operations and Innovation and Chief Operating Officer, as well as extensive military leadership experience as a Colonel in the U.S. Army and Lieutenant Colonel in the Army National Guard. White also founded The White Group, LLC, a risk management firm, and has held positions in claims management at CNA Insurance and State Farm. White's educational background includes a Master's degree in Strategic Studies from the USAF Air War College and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the University of Mississippi.
