John Ketch

John Ketch is a member of the Engle Martin family since 2014, John Ketch serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development. In his role, John works with the Sales and Marketing team on business development and client retention. He brings intricate knowledge of Third-Party Administrator (TPA) operations and client relationships from his previous position as Senior Vice President of Engle Martin’s TPA division.

Prior to joining Engle Martin, John served as Vice President of Sales at an international independent adjusting firm. He also worked as an Adjuster-In-Charge, Supervisor, and Branch Manager of a variety of claims operations. Additionally, he has completed the Miller-Heiman Large Account Management (LAMP) and Miller-Heiman Strategic/Conceptual Selling courses. John earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. He holds an Associate in Claims (AIC) and Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) designations.
