Kati Bento Campos has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Kati began their career as an Operador de Maquinário at Samvaz SA in 2010. In 2017, they became a Cronista at Jornal +Aguiar da Beira. In 2020, they became a Criadora de Conteudo at Englease.com. In 2021, they became an International Business Consultant and Project Manager at Market Access, where they implemented internationalisation projects in various sectors and participated in trade fairs such as Hannover Messe 2022 and K-fair 2022. Additionally, they managed internationalisation of companies, teams, and clients in various markets. In 2021, they also became a Market Research at ESW Podcast. Finally, in 2022, they became a Coordenador de Marketing at Englease.com and a Project Manager at Centro de Leilões.

Kati Bento Campos completed a Mestrado in Gestao Ramo Marketing e Negócios Internacionais from Universidade de Aveiro between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Licenciatura in Línguas e Relações Empresariais from Universidade de Aveiro between 2017 and 2019. In 2015 and 2016, they studied English at International House Viseu. In 2021, they obtained a Certificado de competências pedagógicas from Instituto do Emprego e Formação Profissional. In 2020, they obtained a Pratical Lean Foundation from Lean Academy Portugal.
