Rileigh Dozer

Rileigh Batteiger, MSL, currently serves as the Human Resources Coordinator at Englefield Oil Company since February 2023. Prior experience includes work as a Training Officer at the Auditor of State - Ohio, where responsibilities involved planning and organizing training events and professional education for employees and local government officials. Rileigh has also held positions as an Office Assistant at Ohio University's Career and Leadership Development Center, a Sales Associate and Store Management Intern at Kohl's, and a Server at Lock 9. Educational qualifications include a Master of Studies in Law with a focus on Organizational Ethics and Compliance from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Ohio University.
