Yolanda Salazar

Yolanda Salazar has extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as a Pre-school Intervention & Referral Specialist at Englewood Public School District since January 2017, as well as the Director of After School Program at Bergen Family Center since September 2016. In addition, Yolanda has been an IR&S Coordinator/Teacher at Englewood Public Schools since September 2001, where responsibilities include implementing intervention and referral services to support students facing learning, behavioral, or health challenges. Prior roles include serving as an Educational Consultant at Bright Start Educational Programs from 2000 to 2004, focusing on workshops for educators and parents, and as a Special Education Teacher at Herbert G. Birch Early Childhood Center from 1996 to 2001, specializing in Pre-K special education. Yolanda holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Special Education and Teaching from Felician University.
