Glen Finland

Glen Finland is an experienced educator and journalist with a diverse background spanning several decades. Currently serving as an English Second Language Instructor at the Literacy Council of Northern Virginia since March 2019, Glen previously taught college writing at American University from 2005 to 2010. Earlier in Glen's career, extensive experience as a reporter and producer at Potomac News, a syndicated radio and television news service based on Capitol Hill, was gained from 1978 to 1989. Glen holds an MFA in Literature and Creative Writing from American University and an ABJ in Journalism with a focus on Radio/TV/Film from The University of Georgia.
