Prior experience includes roles as a Marketing/Sales Specialist at Clawson Jewelers, where digital media marketing strategies were developed, and as a Digital Media Marketer at Leon & Lulu, supporting in-store events. Carol's extensive experience in corporate communications includes significant positions at General Motors, Chrysler Financial, DaimlerChrysler Financial Services, and DaimlerChrysler Corporation, focusing on internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and support organizational objectives. Carol holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Michigan State University and a Master of Science in Library and Information Science from Wayne State University.
