Usha Kumar

Usha is responsible for customer support, human resource and administrative operations at EnglishHelper.

Previously, Usha was India's Country Head for a business exporting eco-friendly handmade paper products. She has extensive experience in operations management, workforce optimization, and process improvement.

Usha holds a Bachelor's degree in Science, a Bachelor's degree in Education, and a Master's degree in Physics from the University of Jodhpur.
