Peter Blausten

Peter Blausten is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advisory and executive roles across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Mornington Advisors since May 2021, Blausten also contributes to English Heritage as a member of the Remuneration & Appointments Committee and holds a position on the Speaker's Committee - IPSA within the House of Commons until January 2025. Previous leadership roles include Director at Angel House Associates, Managing Director and Senior Advisor at Alvarez & Marsal, and Group HR Director at both Morgan Advanced Materials and BAA plc. Blausten's early career included key contributions as a Commissioner for the Civil Service Commission UK and as an Independent Consultant. Educationally, Blausten holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics & Modern History from The University of Manchester, along with additional qualifications from prestigious institutions.
