Joye Beth Spinks

Joye Beth Spinks is an accomplished attorney and educator with a strong background in law and science education. Currently serving as an Associate at English, Lucas, Priest & Owsley since August 2019, Joye previously held positions as a Law Clerk and Summer Law Clerk at the same firm. Joye has experience as a Legal Intern at the Kentucky Department of Education and as a Legal Extern for the Massachusetts House of Representatives, working with Chairman Pignatelli on environmental and agricultural issues. Earlier, Joye contributed to education as a High School Science Teacher at Ohio County High School, specializing in Biology and AP Environmental Science, while being active in various educational committees and organizations. Joye earned a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Science/Math Education from Western Kentucky University.
