Nicola Saint is an experienced professional in supply chain management and project leadership, currently serving as Projects & Supply Chain Director at English Provender Company since August 2018. Nicola has previously held significant roles at Haydens Bakery Ltd from January 2010 to May 2018, including Project Manager overseeing a £12M investment project, Operations Manager managing a high-volume production of quality baked goods, and Supply Chain Manager responsible for planning, stores, and distribution. Prior to this, Nicola worked at Kerry Foods from July 2007 to December 2009 as Planning & Materials Manager, where strategic capacity planning was crucial for a major food production facility.
