Kagan Cihangiroglu

Kagan Cihangiroglu is the Vice President of the Consumer Division at EnglishCentral, Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing product, sales, and marketing strategies for a consumer market exceeding 10 million users since November 2011. Previously, Kagan served as the General Manager for the EMEA Region and as Director for Turkey at EnglishCentral, a company utilizing AI technologies to enhance English language learning. Earlier experience includes serving as Director at Exelli Fzco and Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Phoenix Mecano Mazaka. Kagan holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Bioengineering, a Master of Science (MSc) in Information Technology Law, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, all from Hacettepe University.
