Kazuma Ueda has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kazuma is currently serving as the Japan Country Manager at Nanoleaf since February 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Exlimify starting from September 2021, where they demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce, and team management. Kazuma has managed multiple projects and clients, including top companies from North America and Southeast Asia.

In 2020, Ueda worked as the Digital Marketing Director at The Ethical Spirits & Co. and MIRAI SAKE COMPANY, responsible for strategizing marketing and e-commerce and leading teams. Kazuma also played a key role as the Digital Communication Leader at L'Occitane Group from March 2018 to March 2021, focusing on digital communications and customer acquisitions through various social media platforms.

Earlier in their career, Ueda gained experience at A&G International Co., Ltd. as the Ecommerce Manager, overseeing the implementation and development of e-commerce for North American products. Kazuma was also part of the Overseas Strategy Division at Hasegawa Holdings Co., Ltd., working on identifying new business opportunities in Southeast Asia.

Ueda's work journey began at MOBB Inc., where they served as a Full-time Intern, Marketing Intern, and Engineering Intern during different periods in 2015 and 2016.

Kazuma Ueda began their education at Everett Community College in 2013, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration. Kazuma completed their Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in 2014.

In 2014, Kazuma Ueda transferred to the University of Washington but decided to leave before completing a degree.

Throughout their education, Kazuma Ueda obtained several additional certifications. In 2015, they completed the course "Marketing in a Digital World" through Coursera. In 2016, they obtained another certification titled "Digital Marketing Channels: The Landscape" from the same institution.

More recently, in 2020, Kazuma Ueda obtained two certifications from the 日本化粧品検定協会 (Japan Cosmetic License Association). Kazuma completed the Cosme Concierge コスメコンシェルジュ certification in December 2020 and obtained a Level 1 certification in JAPAN COSMETIC LICENSE in April 2020.
