Sylvain Métivier

Sylvain Métivier, CPA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Englobe since November 2023. Prior to this role, Sylvain held various positions at EXFO from April 2011 to November 2023, including Vice President Finance & CFO, Director of Corporate Finance, and Corporate Controller. Sylvain's career began at EY, where responsibilities included serving as an Audit Manager for publicly traded companies, before transitioning to Deloitte as a Senior Manager & Team Leader in Enterprise Risk Services. Additionally, Sylvain has contributed as a trainer and lecturer at Collège des administrateurs de sociétés. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Université Laval, alongside certificates in Accounting and Leadership and Management from the same institution and Concordia University, respectively.
