Lisa Toward

Lisa Toward has over 30 years of experience in executive assistant roles. Their most recent position was as an Office Manager - Executive Assistant at Engrail Therapeutics, where they started in September 2019. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive Assistant at ACADIA Pharmaceuticals Inc. from June 2015 to March 2019.

Before that, Lisa was the Sr. Executive Assistant to the CEO at FTD International (formerly, Provide Commerce) from April 2012 to June 2015. Lisa coordinated high-level conference calls, meetings, events, and travel arrangements for top executives. Lisa was also involved in negotiating locations and planning meals, as well as managing relationships with vendors.

From August 2006 to October 2011, Lisa served as the Executive Assistant to the President of International at Callaway Golf. In this role, they traveled extensively to regional offices around the world and represented the executive.

Prior to Callaway Golf, Lisa worked as an Executive Assistant at Leap Wireless from 2001 to 2006, where they supported the President and provided liaison between the President and board members. Lisa also ensured materials were prepared and provided in advance of meetings and travel engagements.

Lisa started their career as an Executive Assistant at Gateway Computers from 1997 to 2001. Lisa interacted with all levels of management and vendors, conducted interviews, and prepared performance evaluations. Lisa also made administrative decisions on behalf of executives in compliance with organizational policies.

Before Gateway Computers, Lisa worked as an Executive Assistant for Upper Deck & Sprint from 1994 to 2001 and as an Executive/Legal Assistant at Appleby Spurling & Kempe from 1987 to 1991.

Lisa Toward attended Bishop Auckland College in England from 1979 to 1982. During their time there, they pursued O-Levels in the field of Business Commerce & Private Secretarial.
