In addition to their formal education, Penelope has obtained several certifications. Penelope completed the Senior Leadership Program for Professional Women at Rutgers University in May 2006. Following that, they attended the Smith College Program for Women's Leadership in May 2007. Penelope is also a Registered Quality Assurance Professional in Good Clinical Practice (RQAP-GCP), which they obtained from The Society for Quality Assurance in April 2014. Furthermore, they hold a certification as a Certified Quality Manager (CQM) from ASQ, obtained in January 2005.
