Jessica Humphreys Baxter

Jessica Humphreys Baxter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management, strategic advisory roles, and marketing. Currently serving as a Senior Account Executive at Masterplan, a Milrose Company since July 2024, Jessica also holds the position of Founder and Managing Director at Humphreys Baxter Ventures, which has been ongoing since November 2015. Additionally, Jessica has contributed as a Strategic Advisor and Investor at Engrain since January 2018 and previously served as Vice President of Partnerships there. With a background in marketing and communications as the Director at JPI Companies and StreetLights Residential, Jessica also possesses experience as a Marketing Associate at Humphreys and Partners Architects and started their career at Atticus Real Estate. Academically, Jessica holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University.
