Ali Abbas Alavi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital technology, procurement, and HR, currently serving as the Digital Technology Partner and Design Lead at Engro Corp since April 2018. Alavi has successfully developed and presented a comprehensive digital strategy for procurement and HR, leveraging automation and AI trends. Alavi's leadership in the OneSAP project transformed procurement practices across Engro companies, and past roles at Engro Fertilizers included spearheading Six Sigma initiatives and managing high-performing procurement teams, achieving significant cost savings and operational efficiencies. Alavi holds an MBA and a BBA in MIS and Marketing from the Institute of Business Administration.
