Asim Rasheed Qureshi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health, safety, environment, and production operations within the fertilizer industry. Currently serving as the General Manager of Corporate HSE at Engro Corp since May 2022, Asim previously led Health, Safety, Environment & Training at Engro Fertilizers Limited from March 2009 to May 2022. Asim's expertise encompasses overseeing safe and efficient plant operations, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with HSE standards and regulations. Asim has held critical roles, including General Manager of Process Engineering and Production, where responsibilities included monitoring and troubleshooting fertilizer plants, managing large teams, and executing commissioning projects for significant production facilities. Asim began the career as a Senior Operations Engineer at Engro Chemical Pakistan Ltd and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore.
