Kate Decourcy

Kate DeCourcy has extensive experience in data strategy and analytics, holding senior leadership roles at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice from August 2020 to March 2023, where responsibilities included Senior Vice President and Vice President of Data Strategy & Analytics. Prior to this, Kate served at Inform Diagnostics as Vice President of Strategy, Planning & Analytics, as well as Vice President of Enterprise Services and Director of Strategic Analytics from May 2017 to August 2020. Earlier in the career, positions included Performance Coach and Branch Sales Manager at Capital One from September 2006 to July 2010. Kate DeCourcy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare, both from Baylor University.
