Simon Williams

Simon Williams is an experienced professional with a diverse work background. Simon has held several leadership positions, including Chief Executive Officer and Commercial Director at Enham Trust, where they led a pan disability charity and supported thousands of disabled individuals. Simon also served as Chairperson at Havant Housing Association Limited and Trustee at The Move Partnership. Prior to these roles, they founded and managed Nextgen Leadership Solutions and worked as the Group Operations Director at Sliderobes. Simon's earlier career includes positions such as Regional Operations Director at UNITE Group plc and Chief Executive Officer at the University of London.
