Jitendra Vyas

Jitendra Vyas has worked in various roles in the finance sector since 2012. Jitendra began their career as an Articled Analyst at GBCA & Associates LLP in 2012. In 2015, they joined Pradip Shah & Associates Chartered Accountants as a Senior Associate Audit and Taxation. In 2016, they moved to Chaturvedi & Shah as an Assistant Manager and conducted statutory audits and limited reviews of listed/unlisted entities. In 2018, Jitendra founded their own firm, J V Vyas & Associates Chartered Accountants. In 2019, they joined Ascent Health & Wellness Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as Manager - Finance and Accounts, leading the direct and indirect taxation function at PAN India level. Currently, they are working as Head of Finance at Enhance Fitness, with responsibility for the global finance function and active involvement in the fund raising process.

Jitendra Vyas received their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from the University of Mumbai in 2012, having studied Business/Commerce, General from 2009 to 2012. Jitendra then went on to pursue a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 2010 to 2015, specializing in Finance and Taxation, Management. Additionally, Jitendra Vyas holds a Certificate of Practise from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, obtained in January 2018, as well as two certifications from LinkedIn: Finance Strategies for Business Leaders and Leadership Mindsets.
