Jorge Isai López Ruíz

Jesse López has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Psychotherapist at Centro de Integracion Juvenil, where they conducted psychometric assessments, provided individual and group psychotherapy, and offered workshops on emotional management and education.

In 2017, Jesse transitioned to a Talent Acquisition & Culture Manager role at The Warranty Group, where they managed a team of sourcers, conducted training programs, and ensured timely project completion.

Jesse then joined Conduent as a Recruitment Supervisor in 2018, where they managed a team focused on sourcing and hiring healthcare professionals for government healthcare programs. Jesse developed recruitment strategies, conducted candidate assessments, and implemented effective hiring processes.

In 2019, Jesse moved to Johnson Controls as a Senior Human Resources Lead, overseeing a team and coordinating employee movements, compensation changes, and workforce administration service delivery.

In 2022, Jesse became the Human Resources & TA Division Manager at Twitter, responsible for managing the division and its functions.

Currently, Jesse holds the position of a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at GC Realty & Development, LLC, starting in 2023, where they are involved in talent acquisition activities.

Throughout their career, Jesse has demonstrated expertise in Gestalt therapy, remote counseling, client-centered approach, team management, recruitment, and talent acquisition.

Jesse López obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Business Administration from Universidad Tecmilenio, completing the program from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, Jesse pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology at Universidad La Salle, A.C., attending from 2012 to 2016.
