iOS Subject Matter Expert at Enhance IT

Nicholas Raptis has a diverse work experience in various roles in the tech industry. Nicholas started their career in 2010 as a Lead Programmer at Union Adworks, where they developed multiple apps for automobile companies and achieved significant success with the 2012 Dodge Dart iPhone app. Nicholas then worked as an iOS Developer at DIRECTV, Bank of America, and Apple, contributing to projects such as the Navigator app and developing automation pipelines and scripting languages for executing tests on Bluetooth devices. In 2020, they joined GAN as an iOS Developer, where they created a replacement app for "My Choice Casino" from scratch using the MVVM architecture. In 2022, they joined Enhance IT as an iOS Subject Matter Expert, configuring GitHub for field employees and successfully adding consultants to projects. Currently, they are working as a Portfolio Manager at Crimson Wizard Clinical Trials, where they analyze market conditions and devises strategies to handle a pool of liquid assets.

Nicholas Raptis completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science at Oakland University from 2003 to 2011. Nicholas also obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the same institution, Oakland University, from 2009 to 2011.

In 2018, Nicholas pursued further education in Machine Learning from Udacity.

Currently, Nicholas is planning to pursue a degree in Artificial Intelligence from The Wharton School starting in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Nicholas has obtained several certifications such as CompTIA A+ (220-1001) Cert Prep 7: Understanding Networking, Software Architecture Foundations, Learning Combine with Swift, Marketing Your Side Hustle, and SwiftUI Essential Training. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in the months of December 2020, January 2021, and June 2021.
