Mark Mauer Jr.

Mark Mauer Jr. is a Senior Associate at Enhanced Capital with experience in credit analysis and underwriting of commercial real estate and commercial and industrial loans. Prior to this, Mark worked as a Loan Credit Specialist at Hancock Whitney and as a Tax Credit Asset Analyst at First NBC Bank where Mark managed a portfolio of New Markets Tax Credit and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit projects. Additionally, Mark has experience as a Loan Review Analyst at First NBC Bank and as a Credit Analyst at First Guaranty Bank. Mark holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning with a concentration in Housing and Economic Development from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Southeastern Louisiana University.
