James Groff, MBA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Director of Finance at Enhanced Compliance Inc. since May 2023, James focuses on financial advisory services, including ERP implementation and financial reporting. Previously, James held positions such as Corporate Controller at Foam Holdings, Inc., where financial leadership was provided for an international manufacturing firm, and Finance Director at BFC Solutions, stabilizing cash and working capital for a private equity-backed company. As Chief Financial Officer at Northern Air Systems, Inc., James managed both human resources and IT departments, and earlier, served as CFO at VirtualScopics, Inc. Following a tenure as Business Consultant, James began a career as Controller at EXFO. James holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from SUNY Brockport and an MBA from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School.
