Andy Westlake

Andy Westlake is the VP of Americas at Enhanced Drilling, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this, Westlake served as the VP of Engineering and Projects at Seadrill from 2019 to December 2023, overseeing operations of a vessel fleet with new build responsibilities exceeding $1 billion. Westlake's extensive experience includes technical oversight during tenures at Transocean and Archer - the well company, leading engineering teams, managing P&L for North and South America, and handling compliance with company standards. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Exploration and Mining Geology, both from Cardiff University.
