Pernille Fjørtoft Grøsvik

As the Markedssjef at Enhanced Drilling since February 2023, Pernille has been instrumental in steering company-wide global brand management and strategic branding initiatives. Her expertise extends to managing sustainability and Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) projects, showcasing her commitment to integrating corporate responsibility with business objectives.

Prior to her current role, Pernille served as Kommunikasjonsrådgiver at Grieg Foundation and as Kommunikasjons- og markedsføringsleder at the Kolibri – Children At Risk Foundation, where she led communication strategies to bolster child welfare programs in Brazil's favela regions. Her role involved extensive digital media management, event planning, and promotional campaigns, significantly enhancing organizational reach and impact.

Pernille's professional journey is underpinned by a robust academic background with a Master's degree in Comparative Politics from the University of Bergen, reflecting her deep analytical skills and understanding of global socio-political dynamics. Her career is also marked by a tenure as a Research Assistant and lecturer at the University of Bergen.
