Behavioral and mental health problems are very prevalent in the US and often go undiagnosed and untreated. When screening is done, data are often collected in an inefficient, haphazard way. We call our company Enhanced Vitals, because we believe that behavioral and mental health problems should be screened for at each visit, just the way medical vital signs are collected now.
Enhanced Vitals offers an elegant solution to screen, score, store, and bill seamlessly within all the major electronic health records, and to capture available reimbursement for this screening. Screening alone is not enough. For patients who have these problems, we offer a program of online mindfulness lessons that has been shown in clinical trials to decrease depression, anxiety, stress, and loneliness. We offer patients this program virtually and at no charge, with no detrimental impact on physician workflow.
