Laura Ream has a strong background in HRIS and strategic HR consulting. Laura currently works as a Strategic HR Consultant at enhanceHCM since July 2019 and is the owner of their own consulting company, Ream HRIS Consulting, LLC, since August 2018.

Prior to that, Laura worked at CoBank as an HRIS professional where they were responsible for integrating HR systems, improving system integration and data integrity. Laura was recognized as a cross-functional thought-provoking leader who improved operational, system, and team effectiveness.

Laura also has experience in HRIS at MWH, where they managed a team responsible for onboarding, HRIS, and processing. Laura successfully implemented a talent management system, improved candidate self-service and reporting, and automated data loads between systems.

Starting their career at Verizon Enterprise Solutions, Laura worked as a Global HRIS professional. Laura was responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting global HR, benefits, and payroll information systems. Laura also conducted due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and led a team in developing an online knowledge base for HR specialists.

Laura Ream holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Enterprise Technology Management from the University of Colorado Denver. Laura also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Colorado State University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained a certification as an HR Project Manager from the American Academy of Project Management (AAPM®), which they received in June 2016.
