Gretchen Retteghieri currently serves as the Head of Product Management for Enhesa, having joined in January 2023, where responsibilities include defining and executing product strategy to drive market growth and alignment with business goals. Prior experience includes roles at RegScan, Inc. as Vice President of EHS Product and Regulatory Content, focusing on regulatory compliance in Environmental, Health and Safety, and as Vice President of Compliance for Safety, Environment & Risk at AngloGold Ashanti, where Gretchen developed a global compliance program for over 20 mining operations.
