Farhad Nikouei

Farhad Nikouei is an experienced professional in the renewable energy and electrical engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Renewable Assets at Eni Plenitude since December 2022, Farhad has previously held significant roles, including Security/Compliance Officer and Head of Operations & Asset Management for Renewables at the same company. Prior to this, Farhad worked as a Power Systems Engineer at ERCOT, where leadership in the System Protection Working Group was demonstrated. Experience as an Electrical Engineer at ExxonMobil involved asset maintenance and strategy development, while participation in electric vehicle projects characterized work at Lumen Motors. Earlier roles included positions at NRG Energy, Powell Industries, Hewlett-Packard, and as an undergraduate research assistant at the University of Houston. Farhad holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston and a certificate in Solar Energy Technology from edX.
