Federico Rulfi

Federico Rulfi currently serves as the Head of People, Sustainability & Services at Plenitude, an Energy Benefit Corporation with a focus on sustainability and renewable energy. Prior to this role, Federico held various leadership positions at Eni, including Head of Human Resources Management & Development, overseeing HR processes for a large workforce internationally. Federico's extensive experience in human resources spans multiple countries and companies within the Eni group, where responsibilities included managing strategic HR functions, recruitment, employer branding, and organizational development. Federico holds advanced certifications in coaching and human resources, and possesses a law degree from Università degli Studi di Torino.
