Paola Costantino

Paola Costantino is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation management and corporate ventures. Currently serving as Head of Corporate Venture at Plenitude since March 2022, Costantino previously held key innovation roles at Eni gas e luce and UnipolSai Assicurazioni Spa. Early career includes significant positions at Intesa Sanpaolo and Enel, focusing on innovation within corporate and investment banking.
