Rossano Francia

Rossano Francia is a seasoned procurement professional currently serving as the Head of Global Procurement at Plenitude since February 2023. Prior to this role, Rossano held multiple key positions at Eni from February 2012 to February 2023, including Head of Vendor Management & Development and Procurement Governance Vice President. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Supply Chain Director Europe at Severstal, where responsibilities encompassed raw materials, ferroalloys, and logistics, followed by a role as Business Area Director at 3V SIGMA S.p.a. Rossano started a career in procurement at Tenaris and served in the Italian Army as an officer. Educationally, Rossano attended Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
